PAYMENT TERMS
♡ Payment is accepted in USD via PayPal or Ko-fi.♡ If paying through PayPal, please select “Goods & Services” and choose “No address needed” at checkout.♡ Full payment is required upfront, unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans are available for orders of $100.00 USD or more.♡ All listed prices are final and non-negotiable.


TERMS OF USE
♡ Commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.♡ My artwork may not be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) under any circumstances.♡ My artwork may not be used for AI training or machine learning purposes.♡ I retain the right to share the commissioned artwork as part of my portfolio or promotional examples.♡ You may share, upload, or modify the commissioned piece with proper credit given to me as the original artist.♡ You may not modify my SFW art to be NSFW.


REFUNDS & CHANGES
♡ You may request a refund at any time before the commission is completed. Refunds will not be granted once the artwork is fully finished.♡ A full refund will only be issued if the commission has not progressed past the sketching phase. If linework or further stages have begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining work. You may also receive the unfinished piece as-is.♡ I reserve the right to decline a refund if I am close to completing the commission and confident I can finish it in a timely manner.♡ If I feel I am taking too long or struggling with your specific commission, I may offer a refund. You have the right to refuse it, unless I am physically unable to complete the work.♡ Minor changes can be requested after the commission is complete. If I missed any details, please let me know—I’ll correct them at no extra cost.♡ Please note that I may not be able to make any changes 30 days after completion, as commission files are eventually deleted.

Design TOS

MODIFICATION & USE
♡ You may make any changes to the character as you wish; change species/gender/markings/colors/give them alt forms, etc!♡ I'm fine with my designs being completely redesigned, whether by yourself or commissioned, as long as I'm credited for the original design and the original is not deleted.♡ My designs may not be used to promote or condone illicit behavior outside of story telling purposes. My designs absolutely may NOT be used in works to glorify pedophilia/bestiality/sexual assault/racism/homophobia/etc..♡ As the character owner, you have the right to modify, re-upload, share, or otherwise use original design's art, so long as I am credited for the original work (in the case a base was used, the maker shall be credited too)♡ Commercial use of my designs are permitted. Though you must not sell merchandise using the artwork I made of them.♡ If you commissioned me for a redesign, please only credit me for the edits, and keep the original creator credited for the original design.♡ No need to credit/tag me every single time you draw a design by me, just please don't claim you originally designed them yourself. If uploaded to toyhou.se, please credit me under @l3lue


RESELLING/TRADING
♡ You may resell/gift/trade the design.♡ You may resell them for more than you originally paid if they have extra art, including self-created and commissioned art, but be reasonable, please.♡ If you want to make clones/twins/very similar looking offspring, they must be kept with the original design and must not be resold/traded/gifted separately.


BLACKLIST
♡ Please do not intentionally sell/trade/give my designs to blacklisted users.These users are here because they've repeatedly violated my terms or have exhibited scamming behavior:@/ no one's on the list yet, thankfully !
